The replica matches, byte-for-byte the source disk.  They were likely not
created exactly the same way (one has a readable label, one doesn't) but
the labels match at the source too.

Here's an update:  I moved ALL the disks from the failing server to the
working server, and it WORKED.  !?!?  So I looked at the directories and
noted the ONLY difference was the working server had 4G and the failing
server had 5.5G.

I changed the failing server to 4G and IT WORKED!!

So what is SLES 10 SP4 doing with 5.5G vs 4G that would make it fail?  One
thing I didn't mention is the source is a z196 and the target a zEC12.  Is
it possible the initial ram disk is too small for the device blocks or
something like that?
