Yes, but it only works with fullpack minidisks.  See Usage Note 3 on
DEFINE HYPERVPAVALIAS.  For regular minidisks, CP can still use PAV and
HyperPAV oin order to satisfy multiple I/O requests to the real volume,
but the guest is limited to one I/O at a time to the minidisk..
