You basically welcome the attendees, remind them to silence their devices, intro the speaker. Count the bodies in room during the session. At the end, thank the speaker and remind everyone to fill out an evaluation. Oh, and you'll get a cheat sheet just in case. There is a Chair Bears and Penguins meeting Sunday at 5pm.
