no, please see suse.ins on DVD1 for the correct files.

This depends on the size of your installation. Typically for a system
disk, a 3390-9 should work.

With SLES, this is called autoyast. There is no kickstart. I personally
would recommend to use KIWI for a golden image though. With a golden
image, you always have to cleanup the image after finalising the
installation. Depending on the installed Software, this can be a
demanding task. KIWI produces images that never are booted until the
target system is deployed.
