With SLES, this is called autoyast. There is no kickstart. I personally would recommend to use KIWI for a golden image though. With a golden image, you always have to cleanup the image after finalising the installation. Depending on the installed Software, this can be a demanding task. KIWI produces images that never are booted until the target system is deployed.
