Hi, It depends on how the dasd subsystem is configured to the processor(s). If using traditional mainframe, ECKD, dasd the info is in the I/O gen (the IOCDS) loaded into each machine/lpar. If using SAN, it depends on how the SAN is defined up for the various processors.
