I found a PMH from last year that indicates that code means the SE is having trouble talking to the FTP server. If your machine didn't call home, please open a problem via the HMC. a) If it pulled one file, I don't know why it isn't pulling the others. b) I expect a machine to be more forthcoming with information about failure if it is something that the customer is expected to resolve.
