And not only by IBM. SUSE and Red Hat think the same way. The OP would perhaps be able to get an answer from their sales rep(s) from one or both of those companies, but likely will be asked to sign an NDA. I will say that ADP employees give talks at SHARE about their installation and they are running a _lot_ of Linux on z in production. The same is true of Nationwide and other companies. If the OP wants to search the SHARE proceedings archive, I'm sure they would find lots of instances of companies in the financial services industry that have given talks about their experiences.
