We've reported it and have tested the patch.
Patch seems good.
It seems to be triggered by ILMT here.
Can't not run that though.

Subject: Re: [LINUX-390] Problem with latest kernel for SLES11SP4

Hi,

There is a recent bug detected on this kernel, the problem occurs mainly when
spawning 32-bit processes, a patch has been released and still under testing
(not sure of the results yet), as a workaround revert back to the previous '71'
kernel.

Hi,

Upgrade to the latest available kernel version 3.0.101-77.1 seems to have
broken a couple of our SLES 11.4 servers. The system stalls during boot-up
while starting services, e.g.

INFO: rcu_sched_state detected stall on CPU 0 (t=6000 jiffies)
CPU: 0 Not tainted 3.0.101-77-default #1 Process httpd (pid: 2240, task:
000000000e62e338, ksp: 000000000e3efeb8) ... ...

I just opened a support ticket.
Just wondering if anybody has seen anything similar with this specific kernel
version.

Thanks.
