Ray, Indeed, as Mark points out "cmmflush" is not part of the s390-tools or any other package in your distribution that I am aware of. I did it back then as part of my performance research, and it happened to be useful as-is for some Linux on z/VM installations. My original blog post hasn't changed since 2012, so if the recipe does not work for you, finding a fresh copy may not fix that. If you can explain the scenario, we may be able to help you sort it out.
