I see a qt5-qtwebkit on download.sinenomine.net (guess I could download it and
try installing it). It's not in the repos:

recoll-1.23.1-2 is built for EPEL7 for ClefOS so it should work on RHEL 7. All
the qt5 requirements are there as well. I installed the package and started it
up but didn't have anything to index but it came up fine.
