I am having problems installing a package on Ubunti 18.04 LTS running on Z.
I issue the command:
sudo apt-get install python-pip libffi-dev libssl-dev
and get:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
