Are you sure you don't mean the HP100LX & 200LX (Hewlett Packard)
palmtops?  They have a 186 underclocked to 8MHz, are a smaller
size than the Poquet PC, and A LOT more expensive.

BTW, anybody have a suggestion as to which recent ELKS release
would be good for a beginner to try messing around with?  I'd
like to know any unsuspected problems are mine and not the code,
especially if I try it out on my HP200LX.
