I suggest elks.doa.org as a good site as that is where the current cvs
setup is. Of course this is up to Simon Weijgers who runs the CVS stuff
at doa.

I am currently actively developing elks (right now in fact) as is Blaz
Antonic, and some others (depending on free time etc.).

If someone has the time to implement and maintain it, we could include
info on the pages about who is working on what right now based on recent
cvs updates. I also suggest a news file in the CVS area which is munged
into a HTML news page by a CGI script. People can then just add entries to
it as they do stuff. An open system like this would also mean that people
could add documentation such as howtos etc. without having to overload one
person who has to maintain the site.

Just to keep everyone up to date, I am currently working on the init
related programs (init, login, getty, utmp issues), as a breather from my
work on shared libraries which is ongoing.
