Hell no. Text editors are *not* word processors. Don't confuse the two.

Pedantics aside, I also feel comfortable with vi, although ed is pretty good
(it's the system editor! ;). I prefer emacs as an environment but for
banging out a text file, either vi or ed will do just fine.
