That's fine if you want to ignore overclocked systems. However, keep in
mind that these boards were designed to accommodate this feature.
Furthermore, overclocking a processor does not directly equate to
instability no more than modifying an automobile engine euqates to engine
destruction.
At the extreme end of the spectrum, instability will occur. However, at
moderate levels, there will be NO PERCEPTIBLE difference in performance.
The statement in the above email is a sweeping generalization. If a person
increases their FSB by 1MHz (e.g. from 100->101MHz), then the report should
be thrown out altogether.
