Seconded.  I'll broaden the request and ask if ANYONE who's having stability
problems could upgrade to QQ and see what happens.  For me at least, I've
been going for a day and a half now with no APIC errors or crashes with a
2.3 kernel so I'm hoping this is The Fix.  (Previously when running seti
with a 2.3 kernel, I would get a lockup in a matter of hours)  People who
are still getting APIC errors with QQ - can you confirm that the flash went
through OK?  You should have a warning at the bootup screen (ie when it's
counting memory, etc) about the BIOS not being intended for resale.  I had a
problem with the flash program before which makes me wonder if it sometimes
doesn't behave like it should...
