if your kernel can't compile multiple times and you can't run dnetc then 
your celerons aren't stable.
I suggest getting a high performance exhaust fan, move your ram to the
slot furthest from your cpus and to get a high performance intake fan as 
well...works for me...if all that doesn't work, and your temperature
is below 45 in a _worst_ case scenario, then try to up the voltage on
one and the other and figure out which one isn't doing well...
