Both CPU's are installed.

I'm not getting an error. It just reboots. The two lines I see before the
reboot begin with 'hda' and 'hdc' - in reference to the hard disk and CDROM
drive. Then the screen goes blank because the reboot has begun. It will
go through this cycle indefinitely.
