This is the Linux-abit mailing list. I in particular don't know
anything about W95, except that it doesnt' support SMP. 

So, I expect W95 to use just one CPU and leave the other idle. 

That will leave the other processor using little power -> 28 C. 

Your "park the processor in "halt" when not in use" software will work
just fine on the BP6 for the processor that W95 uses, as the machine
is essentially single processor as far as W95 is concerned.
