[LINUX-ABIT] software CPU coolers

Anyone know if these things are SMP safe?  I dual boot
into 95, which boils one processor (40 C) and leaves the
other at about 28 C.  But just curious if its ok to use
"rain" or "waterfall" or anything else to keep the 1 in-use
processor cool.
