I loaded up my BIOS settings (by pressing DEL while booting), entered
the Chips and Timings menu (I never know the exact names for these menus,
it's the 3rd or 4th in the left part, counted from the top) and pressed F7 
to load the BIOS Defaults for that screen.

Thereafter I set 'System BIOS Cachable' to 'Enabled' and set the AGP
Apareture Size to 32MB.

This fixed my problems, but it could well be that your memory needs
FASTER or even SLOWER memory timings.
