Since Fedora released its first 2.6.17 kernel for FC5, my laptop (Sony Vaio FS640W) would no longer wake from S3 sleep. Many others experienced the same problem.
I'm happy to report that the first 2.6.18 kernel from Fedora for FC5 fixes this problem.
