Well Reagan certainly helped his crook friend,Governor Paul Calvo in
1983,get away with $3 million dollars worth of wasting U.S. taxpayers
money;using this money to give special favors to friends/supporters.
While he was being invetigated by the Inspector general,who is appointed
from the feds in Washinton,he was removed from his job and the
investigation was stopped.
At least Clinton gave back excess land(land taken wrongfully from the
local Chamorro people) of the military and given it back to the govt. of Guam
Now depensing on the military because they control 1/3 of the island's
land,for jobs or financial support is tantamount to Communism!
The private sector is prevent from developing any kind of business and
the military makes people dependent on them,while most of the land they
have control of is not even being used.
