FYI, debian woody,rh9 support filesystem 64bit. Postfix
sendiri masih mensupport kernel 2.2.x. Jadi suka-suka
Oom Wietse kalau mau membuat eksklusi sys/types.h untuk
kernel2.4 atau tidak. Mengingat prinsip 'least surprise',
pilihan Wietse bisa dipahami, minimal, kalau ada error
kan bikin trafik milis postfix jadi padat hanya gara-gara
soal ini :-)

True, the problem is really in glibc, not the kernel. So I am talking
Linux the complete system (all distibutions use glibc AFAIK), not Linux
the kernel.
