I'm not sure it's even getting to load anything off the disk- it sure
identifies the system fine- on an alternate track I'm trying to get this
thing running after having loaded vmlinux from a *different* disk (I'm
stuck in rootdev hell- it doesn't seem to be parsing the command line in
this case (where I said root=/dev/sdb1)... well,  a couple more tries and
I'll get it- but it certainly sees and understands this 4100:
