I've been trying for a few months now on my PC164SX. Apparently people have
at least bt848's running on <some alpha>. My bt878 works for about 2 seconds
before crashing my machine in grabdisplay mode, or overlay mode if I run tvset
_then_ xawtv. We should really compile some data on bttv's on alpha.
