Hi!

When building RTC as a module, it is unuseable because the module cannot
get IRQ8. This is caused by:

     32 #define TIMER_IRQ  0                     /* timer is the pit */

     34 #define TIMER_IRQ  RTC_IRQ               /* timer is the rtc */

I notices this because "hwclock --hctosys" produces strangest times and 
dates if there is no RTC driver present on my old AXPpci33 board. Deleting
the above section (well, I let "#define RTC_IRQ 8" and "#define TIMER_IRQ 0"
remain, of course...) ans loading the rtc.o module before executing hwclock
works perfectly for me.

Why was this strange IRQ scrambling added? Do I miss something?
