I don't think Linux will run on TURBOchannel Alphas at the moment. There
were problems with booting these systems up and also there might be
TURBOchannel glue still missing. TURBOchannel is supported itself, but so
far it works for MIPS-based DECstations only.
There was a guy working on these systems -- his web page is at
"http://www.phys.ufl.edu/~prescott/linux/alpha/dec3000-port.html". It
wasn't updated for quite some time, though, so I am not sure what the
current status is.
