Emacs Startup Parameters

I need to tell emacs to execute the following on startup:

(forms-file-find "./crossref/forms.ctl")

The only way I've been able to do this is via the .emacs file. This,
however, is not acceptable. I need this to be a command line argument. I've
tried -f but can't seem to get the syntax correct.
