I have two questions, both involving LaTeX printing :
1. I have EPSON Stylus 220 ink-jet printer. Can someone suggest a magic
filter so that it may be inserted in my "printcap" and "lpr" may directly
print ".dvi" files ?
2. Otherwise I have to run "dvips" to create ".ps" file from the ".dvi"
file and then use "gs -sDEVICE=stcolor ..." on that to make a printable
file. Are there any other options for "gs" which can be used to print
".ps" files directly ? or some magic filters ?
3. In this process, whenever I run "dvips" it creates all the fonts, i.e..
MakeTeXpk runs to create all the fonts, and this takes a lot of time. Can
somebody suggest how should I overcome this ? Can some definitions be made
to overcome this ?
