xwpe: a clone of TURBO PASCAL developement environment.
jcc: Integrated Object Oriented developement System, intendet for C++, if
I am not wrong, contains front end to some debugger, impressive surface,
never used it personnally.
emacs: as always: Emacs is able: syntax highlighting, front end to
debugger, make, etc.
