exchange client

Is anyone familiar with a sendmail/fetchmail equivalent for m$ exchange.  We
are running exchange server in our office, the standard client is outlook.
Our exchange server has NOT been installed with smtp so I need something
that will work with exchange directly (a standard pop client won't work).
