Building ARM toolchain / 2.4 kernel

Hello:

I would like to build an ARM toolchain to build a 2.4.0-test9 kernel to run
on EBSA-285, are these the correct components to build:

binutils 2.10.1
gcc 2.95.2
glibc 2.1.3

Are there some ARM patches for gcc 2.95.2, if so, where can I find these?
