The above are all the ones I would recommend.  (Although you don't really
need glibc to build a kernel...)

For GCC I would recommend applying the patches from the package at:
    ftp://ftp.netwinder.org/devteam/stewart/dm-3.1-15-new-tools/SRPMS/
                gcc-2.95.2-1nw6.src.rpm

You will also need to patch the kernel from
        ftp://ftp.arm.linux.org.uk/pub/armlinux/
