Hi,
Thanks for the information. Can you guess what could
be wrong that makes the canvas always black?
I have ported xanim (http://xanim.va.pubnix.com/) on
Assabet. The canvas is always black when I play an
mpeg file. I guess something is not right in the X
window or xanim set up. I am using FVWM as the window
manager. I can run other X programs such as xclock
or xload without a problem.
Thank you for your help.
BTW, porting xanim to StrongARM is easy except one
thing. There are some local variables named "arm" and
my cross compiler (gcc 2.95.2) does not like it. I
just replace all of them by sed. The error message
from the compiler is not very informative.
