Hi,

The intention of this mail is a warning to everyone working on ARM Linux,
and concerns the submission of patches and mail messages.

Due to policy decisions taken by Microsoft Corporation, it has become
dubious whether patches, code, ideas etc, should be accepted from
hotmail.com, msn.com, or passport.com addresses.

The reason behind this is that by submitting anything via one of these
addresses, you implicitly agree that Microsoft can, in any way shape or
form, use, modify, distribute, make commerical gain, etc on any material
that is contained in your message. This includes selling it back to you
in closed source form.

I therefore ask everyone on this list and any other ARM Linux list that
they refrain from posting or replying to any message on these lists,
or submitting patches to me from any of the above email address domains.

At this time, it appears that hotmail.com aren't claiming any ownership
over messages read, so if you're only reading, then there isn't a problem.
