I've compiled lynx 2.8.1 Copying Lynx executable into top-level directory cp lynx .. Welcome to Lynx! make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/src/lynx-2.8.1/src' [nick@Bagpuss lynx-2.8.1]$ ./lynx ~/bigpage.html BUG IN DYNAMIC LINKER ld.so: ../sysdeps/arm/dl-machine.h: 450: elf_machine_rel: Assertion `! "unexpected dynamic reloc type"' failed! Um - how do I hunt that one? There's a dynamic linking problem with perl5.005_03 also - perl fails the io/pipe.t and op/closure.t regression tests if and only if the IO module is dynamically linked to perl. If IO is statically linked, or not available, then perl passes the tests. The io/pipe.t tests that fail are 5 and 6, from the child of a fork() output is failing to pass along a pipe into the parent. Any thoughts, anyone? Is anyone able to build perl5.005_03_MAINT_TRIAL_6 on a glibc2.1 non ARM linux box to show whether this is ARMLinux at fault? [If it is demonstrably a more general problem then it's not (just) our bug] Nick unsubscribe: body of `unsubscribe linux-arm' to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
