Hi,

You can follow the instructions given by chris Rutter
at http://inkvine.fluff.org/~chris/arm-tools.html to
build a new toolchain. But the new tool chain can only
work for kernel-2.3.xx.

The old toolchain(intel site) can work with
kernel-2.2.2 but cann't work with kernel-2.2.12 and
up. 

You can get everything for the tool chain from 
ftp://ftp.nw.carleton.ca/pub/winder/titan-VI/
