i support this change. sometimes, its nice to have people forced to
think about the question of whether or not their reply is for the list
or the poster, and the MUA i use (MH) makes it hard to reply to just
the poster if Reply-To: is set differently. even so, it should be set,
IMHO, to the list itself.
