PS: In the late 80ies German professional soldiers working as radio operators, who spied Russians radio, learn that it should take around 20 years to decrypted one mail. I know one and because it's a long time ago, he's allowed to speak about this. Nobody is allowed to speak about the current state, but it's still said, that it should take around 20 years. Suspect!
