Done. Pushed it as a control, and you can set it in the ui. This
changes the port indexes, so hopefully no one had a bunch of automation
already or you'll have to redo that.
Btw, I built and tested the plugin this morning with the latest rev of
Ardour3. I loaded a MIDI file of a Chopin piano piece and played it
with the GMKit via DrMr. Worked fine. :)
