I noticed that for a jack sink configured with more than 2 channels, with audio positions named AUX*, the MIDI port is used as the first audio port, which of course does not work. So for a stereo player trying to auto-connect to a jack tunnel, the left audio port is trying to connect to the midi port of the tunnel...
But if the first audio positions are named FL and FR, the player connects to them. I understand why it's important to name channels, but for some use cases channel positions based on numbering would be preferable.
