How is the scale passed to the plugin ? Docs mention it exist, but
never explain how it's done...

That's the one I meant. 

* select 200% -> knobs etc get bigger but keyboard doesn't.
* select 100% -> knobs etc back to 100%, but now the keyboard is
                 scaled to 200%
