A little off topic, but it is a programming question;-) I have a set of thermocouples that are located a "convenient" locations on the back of a mirror. I need to form a contour plot of the temperature distribution so that non-uniformities can be analyzed. All of the contour plot routines I have found expect a rectangular matrix of values. How would one "interpolate" from the 24 thermocouples to a 256x256 grid?
