Create a UNIX user called windows and apply all the restrictions you want
then add the share
[windows]
   path = /home/windows
   writable = yes
   printable = no
   valid users = windows
to your smb.conf. You can add symlinks in the windows home dir if you want
to give access to differnts directories or you can change the share's
path.
