Redhat 5.1 and NT

I am trying to get Redhat 5.1 running on a machine that is also 
running NT.  The boot sector seems to get corrupted when I install 
Lilo and I am unable to boot NT.  I have done a number of similar 
installations without a problem.

Has anyone seen this problem or know a solution?
