To me !
Have signed digitally the disks? ( It's an explicit operation,
default installation doesn't sign digitally the disks ).
Once, I had that problem and it was because I signed the disks
after that I couldn't start any OS, try to start NT with Floppy disk,
but ... :-| I'm not sure that you can undo that.
