Hmmm.... Actually, I think the params in lilo.conf are moot when the
driver is a module. I think the params need to be passed to insmod or
modprobe (whichever you're using).
If you're using kerneld, then /etc/conf.modules. Check out the modprobe
man page. Basically, you'll need something like this
alias eth0 ne
options eth0 io=0xsomething irq=something
alias eth1 ne
options eth1 io=0xsomething irq=something
