I just get my RH6.0 (2.2.5-15)configured how I would like it and now I start
getting machine freezes and several core dumps! I assume the core dump can
be used to try and diagnose problems. How do I do this and is it even worth
it to a relative Linux novice such as myself?

The only thing I have to go on is that it seems to be X related. At
intermitant periods the mouse cursor goes to the top right corner and the
keyboard stops responding. I can still telnet in and do a controled reboot.
I am left a core dump in the /root directory and one on the desktop.

Someone please help. The hardware should be fine it has been running NT for
the last year without any problems!

Thanks,

Simon
