My recommendation to you would be to find a Matrox Millennium II
PCI with at least 4 megs of on board memory. I'm using a similar
setup, but I went and got 8 Megs on mine. This card produces a
picture far superior to any other I have seen, whether it be in Linux
or Windows... It does 32 bit Color in a resolution as high as
1280 x 1024. I highly recommend the 8 Meg version though, but
the 4 meg version will do excellent as well....
I would say to check out Ebay on another auction site to get them from
though. I got TWO brand new 8 Meg Matrox Millennium II's for $80, which
is half of the price of a new one bought anywhere else... Hope this
